Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into customers through field visits, calls, and online interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client communications.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage social media platforms and online presence of the brand.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing content, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Executive.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and [Local Language, if applicable].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
