Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting to potential clients. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or relevant field Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Understanding of the IT industry, particularly ERP Solutions, Custom Software Development, and Digital Marketing Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in market research and competitive analysis Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
