Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a technically savvy Sales & Marketing Executive who can sell automation solutions and oversee installation/fabrication at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, order closure, and ensuring smooth execution of projects involving Turnstiles, Boom Barriers,Curtain Motors,Biomertric door locks, Gate Automation, Biometric Access, etc. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:Generate leads and close deals for Access Control & Automation Products (Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Boom Barriers, Gate Fabrication, Biometric Systems). Target industries: Commercial Spaces, Educational Institutions, Builders, Architects,Residential Bunglows /Villas. Industrial Facilities. Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Site Supervision & Project Coordination:Monitor installation/fabrication at client sites to ensure quality & adherence to timelines. Liaise with technicians, contractors, and clients for smooth execution. Resolve on-site issues related to product fitment, electrical integration, or client requirements. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile:Experience in selling security/automation products OR in construction/electrical project supervision. Technical understanding of gate automation, access control systems, or fabrication work. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings & site visits. Strong communication skills to handle clients, technicians, and internal teams. Ideal Background:Candidates from Security Systems, Gate Automation, Electrical Hardware Sales, or Construction Supervision.
