Job Description

Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily

    cold calling

    to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Engage in

    active B2B field sales

    , including visits to client locations, industrial zones, and project sites.
  • Identify and approach potential customers from steel, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute

    sales and marketing strategies

    to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough

    market research

    and competitor analysis to stay competitive.

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Submit timely reports and updates on sales activity and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) for seamless service delivery.

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

    MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred

  • 3 to 12+ years of experience in

    B2B industrial sales

    steel, iron, or

    infrastructure

  • Proven track record in

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
