Role Overview: You will be working as a Sales and Marketing Engineer focusing on Testing Equipment and Laboratory Instruments in the field. Your main responsibility will be to connect our advanced testing solutions with clients by utilizing your technical expertise, marketing skills, and commitment to regular customer visits to drive new business. Key Responsibilities: - Field Sales & Customer Engagement: - Conduct frequent field visits in the assigned territory to meet with R&D Managers, Quality Control Engineers, and Procurement teams. - Set up and demonstrate the capabilities of testing equipment at customer sites, handling technical queries on the spot. - Act as a technical consultant to understand customer testing requirements and compliance standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. - Manage the technical sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals. - Marketing & Business Development: - Collect and analyze field-based market intelligence to inform the company's product roadmap. - Develop technical sales tools, presentations, and application notes. - Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions. - Solution Engineering & Documentation: - Prepare detailed and technically accurate quotations, proposals, and tender responses. - Ensure smooth communication between customers" technical teams and internal departments for equipment installation. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduates/Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Instrumentation). - Experience: 3-5 years in technical field sales, preferably with testing and laboratory equipment. - Field Readiness: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively. - Communication & Presentation: Ability to deliver persuasive technical presentations and communicate complex solutions effectively.
