  Coordinate with freelancers and interns to make sure work is done to standard, on time, and aligned with goals.

• Turn strategy into execution:

  Break high-level plans into clear action items, delegate smartly, and monitor completion.

• Track and report impact:

  Share weekly updates that highlight what’s shipped, what’s performing, and what’s next.

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in

  marketing coordination, business ops, or project management

  (agency/IT/startup background is a plus).
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable experimenting with

  to improve speed and quality.
• Strong communicator who can manage multiple moving parts without slowing down delivery.
• Hungry to grow, curious to learn, and motivated by
