Sales and Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Associate at Eclectic Design Studio, Media House at Thane.  This position person will be leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a creative or design-related industry.  Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Hiring and Training Salespeople. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.  Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Developing and Executing the Sales Plan. Managing the Sales Pipeline. Setting Sales Targets. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.  Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
