Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and pitch services to clients effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the creative team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
