Join a leading national expert in MedicoLegal consultancy and healthcare compliance. Manavi MedicoLegal Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join their Pune office. As part of the team, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and delivering industry-leading consultancy services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare establishments. With over 30 years of expertise and a distinguished team of experts, Manavi MedicoLegal Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a pan-India leader in medico-legal services, hospital accreditation, insurance empanelment, and healthcare training, serving over 10 states. As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include conducting field visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Pune and surrounding areas to promote and sell Manavi MLC's services. You will present and explain core offerings, products, and services, including medico-legal consultancy, hospital accreditation, insurance, and training solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding hospital/healthcare provider requirements, providing consultative guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction will be essential. Additionally, diligent follow-ups through calls, emails, and repeat visits to convert leads and maximize closure rates are part of the role. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of visits, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM or company systems. The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate in any stream, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, life sciences, or business. A minimum of 1 year of field sales, B2B sales, or hospital industry experience is preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills and high motivation are welcome to apply. Candidates should be based in Pune or willing to travel extensively in and around Pune. Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with negotiation and presentation skills, are required. Being self-motivated, dynamic, with a professional attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes. Possessing a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
