Sales Analyst

As a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Analyst, your primary role will be to empower the sales team by providing actionable insights, enhancing operational excellence, and driving process improvements. You will delve into sales data analysis, optimize workflows, manage licensing and order processes, and ensure CRM data accuracy to boost sales performance and operational efficiency effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily quote creation, approvals, and order processing while ensuring timely and accurate data entry. You will oversee the order-to-cash cycle to maintain data hygiene and compliance standards. It will be your duty to ensure that software licensing aligns with contractual entitlements, thereby safeguarding revenue integrity. Additionally, maintaining and updating the CRM system, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to ensure complete and accurate records will be crucial. You will act as a liaison with stakeholders at all levels to gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes and requirements. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improved results. Supporting special projects, process enhancements, and sales operations initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing training and guidance to team members on tools, systems, and workflows will be essential to foster a collaborative environment with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related fields. Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) is necessary. An MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Organizational Management, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
