Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Sales Operations Executive / Analyst at our company in Bangalore and Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. - Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement process improvement initiatives. - Support business planning and forecasting for operational activities. - Manage key operational projects with timely delivery and stakeholder updates. - Drive change management initiatives for new systems and processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. - Facilitate effective communication between business units and operations teams. - Provide training and support to operations staff on tools and processes. - Track sales KPIs and performance metrics, and prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports. - Provide insights on ISC opportunities to improve sales strategies. - Ensure the sales team has access to the right tools, training, and resources. - Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM data, support CRM customization, and provide user training. - Assist the sales team with pricing strategies and quote generation. - Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and manage user access and permissions within sales tools. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of sales processes and tools (CRM, BI tools). - Analytical and data-driven mindset. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with IT services/products (preferred but not mandatory). - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in IT/Tech. - Certification in Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus).,
