Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and solve customer concerns proactively
• Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market trends and industry services, and ability to perform competitive analysis
• Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
