IT Sales Operations Executive / Analyst About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Sales Operations Executive / Analyst to join our team in Bangalore and Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising sales processes, managing CRM systems, analysing sales performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Process Optimisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to align operations with business objectives. Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Support business planning and forecasting for operational activities. Act as a consultant and advisor to operational leaders by providing insights and recommendations. Manage and track key operational projects with timely delivery and stakeholder updates. Drive change management initiatives for new systems and processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Facilitate effective communication between business units and operations teams. Provide training and support to operations staff on tools and processes. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Track sales KPIs and performance metrics. Prepare sales forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline reports using ISC tools. Provide insights on ISC opportunities (Signing and Revenue) to improve sales strategies. Regularly audit and clean CRM/sales databases to maintain accuracy. Implement data validation rules to ensure error-free entries. 3. Sales Enablement Ensure the sales team has access to the right tools, training, and resources. Coordinate with global marketing for collateral, presentations, and sales kits. 4. CRM Management Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM data (ISC). Support CRM customization and provide user training. Manage large volumes of sales, lead, and customer data across CRM, Excel, and BI tools. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Maintain back end of sales tools to ensure error-free, high-volume data handling. 5. Pricing & Quoting Support Assist the sales team with pricing strategies and quote generation. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. Support implementation of new sales technologies and tools. 7. Data Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Manage user access and permissions within sales tools. Skills Required Strong understanding of sales processes and tools (CRM, BI tools). Analytical and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with IT services/products (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 25 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in IT/Tech. Certification in Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus).
