Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Advocate will engage with prospective clients, maintain existing customer relationships, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include developing and delivering sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with client training, and managing sales strategies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally engage with diverse clientele and resolve queries effectively.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Experience in Training to support clients and internal teams in understanding product offerings and services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the finance or media industry is advantageous.
