What You’ll Do Deliver the Hästens Experience: Welcome clients into our immersive showrooms and guide them through a journey of unmatched craftsmanship, heritage, and sleep innovation. Own Your Pipeline: Actively manage and grow a high-value lead base through in-store engagement, private appointments, and curated outreach. Build Relationships That Matter: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, wellness experts, and HNI clients to develop long-term business and referral networks. Drive Growth: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding personal monthly and annual sales goals. Represent the Brand: Bring Hästens’ values to life through elegant showroom presentation, customer empathy, and product expertise. Support Store Events: Help plan, host, and convert at exclusive events designed to educate and inspire.
