Job Description

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on food processing equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food manufacturers, processors, and entrepreneurs, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients to understand their production needs, challenges, and capacity requirements.
• Recommend suitable food equipment solutions based on client needs, budgets, and production goals.
• Drive sales of food equipment by leveraging technical knowledge, demos, and consultative selling approaches.
• Provide after-sales support by coordinating installation, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upgrades, spare parts, and cross-selling.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies, innovations, and industry best practices through training and research.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in food processing equipment sales or service is an added advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of food equipment and processing technologies.
• Fluency in local language and strong communication skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction.
