Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Mumbai. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team. The Sales Advisor will also be involved in providing training and product information to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Ability to provide effective training
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in inside sales leads generation preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
