Sales Admin Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle travel and expense verification and ensure timely processing, compliance, and coordination with field staff, auditors, and internal teams.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process employee expense claims, travel tickets, hotel bills, and courier costs
• Track travel routes using GPS; validate DA, KM, and attendance details
• Confirm bookings with hotels/travel agents and review GST details
• Scan & verify travel documents (e.g., railway QR codes, app-based bookings)
• Ensure timely submission, approval, and processing of expenses in HR system
• Coordinate with auditors (internal/external) and address field queries
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, GST files, and audit summaries
• Conduct training on travel policy for new joiners
• Handle full & final expense settlement for exited employees

2. Education:

• B.Com Graduate (Preferred)
• Postgraduate: Optional
  

3. Experience:

• 3-6 years in travel/expense processing or audit support
  

4. Skills:

• Strong communication & coordination abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, Email & Expense Management Tools/ERP
• High attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
• People management and problem-solving mindset
