Job description Key Responsibilities: Develop Training Programs: Design and implement sales training modules covering Product knowledge[Medical], In Clinic Effectiveness ,Seling Skills,RCPA & MDPs Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops for new MR/RM/ZM -On board and existing Sales people . Periodic tests for sales team. MDPs for line managers as per requirements of SBUs. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, sales performance data, and ongoing assessments. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, and new Training methodologies. [Digital ,Social & AI] Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals and market strategies. On job training-- Work on Low performing HQs, MRs & create training modules & periodic evaluations for same. Induction of Line managers & imparting Roles -Responsibilities training for Front line managers. Preferred candidate profile
