Job Description: You will be joining a dynamic sales team as a Sales Administrator at Cibes Lift India, a subsidiary of the Swedish business Cibes Lift Group, known for its contemporary and space-efficient lift solutions. As a Sales Administrator, your role will be crucial in supporting the sales force and ensuring effective customer communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales Reporting: - Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and databases. - Assist in preparing presentations and data analysis for the sales team. - Lead Management: - Assign incoming leads to appropriate sales representatives. - Track lead progress in the CRM system. - Client Communication: - Manage the sales hotline and address client inquiries. - Document complaints or issues from clients for resolution. - Engage with clients on social media platforms and website chatbot. - Administrative Support: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team. - Organize and maintain sales-related files and documents. - Support coordination of sales meetings and events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to learn new software and systems, including CRM and chatbot platforms. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
