Role Overview: Join the vibrant sales team at Cibes Lift India as a Sales Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations and ensuring effective customer communication. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or fresher looking to kickstart a career in sales administration. Your responsibilities will include maintaining sales reports, managing leads, handling client communication, providing administrative support, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Reporting: Update and maintain sales reports, trackers, and databases. Assist in preparing presentations and conducting data analysis for the sales team. - Lead Management: Assign incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives and monitor their progress using the CRM system. - Client Communication: - Manage the sales hotline, responding to client inquiries and offering basic product information. - Document and escalate complaints or issues from existing clients to the relevant department for resolution. - Engage with clients on social media platforms and the website chatbot, ensuring timely responses to their queries. - Administrative Support: - Aid the sales team with daily administrative tasks. - Organize and upkeep sales-related files and documents. - Support in coordinating sales meetings and events. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to adapt to new software and systems, including CRM and chatbot platforms. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Freshers are encouraged to apply.
