As a Sales Account Manager based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, your primary responsibility will be to convert qualified leads and prospects into clients through effective sales calls. You will focus on selling Insurance Services, Accounting Services, and Business Intelligence solutions, requiring B2B sales experience in the USA, Canada, and UK markets along with strong forecasting abilities. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, developing sales strategies, addressing objections, and closing deals to bring new clients onboard. You will provide detailed sales proposals, share testimonials and references, and ensure mutual agreement on contractual terms. Meeting individual sales targets, conducting team meetings with the operations head, and onboarding clients to the operations team will be crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining after-sales client relationships by scheduling regular meetings, collaborating with internal teams for growth opportunities, and providing assistance in goal achievement are essential tasks. Additionally, you will share feedback with the SDR team, conduct meetings to address industry challenges, and work towards effective lead conversion and client retention. Your success will be measured through metrics such as successful lead conversion, client retention, and the Client Happiness Score. To excel in this role, you must have proven B2B sales experience in the specified markets, expertise in selling insurance and accounting services, and a knack for communication, negotiation, and understanding client needs. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are also key qualifications required for this position.
