Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Account Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts to nurture long-term relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing lead generation processes, providing excellent customer service, and proactively supporting prospective clients throughout their sales journeys. The Sales Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet client needs and promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive Lead Generation and proactively generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Strong Account Management and Relationship Building skills to foster trust with clients and ensure lasting partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM tools to manage accounts and monitor metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and prior experience in sales or account management is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
