Position Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Sales, Service & Marketing Engineer to join our team. This role involves driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market share of our precision machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and client engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan and implement campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness using CRM tools (Zoho).
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Service & Support:

• Provide installation, commissioning, and calibration services for precision machine tools.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct customer training sessions for machine operation and maintenance.
• Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution of customer issues and after-sales support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and service of precision machine tools or allied products.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, grinders, turning machines, or related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, service calls, and marketing events.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹253,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
