Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing sales-related activities, coordinating between various teams, and facilitating smooth communication with clients. The Sales Coordinator will oversee sales operations, provide excellent customer service, maintain documentation, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives. Collaboration and proactive engagement are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support team activities and streamline processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to understand and assist with achieving sales goals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software; knowledge of industry-specific tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree will be preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
