Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based position for a Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint Identity platform solutions to meet diverse client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing identity lifecycle workflows, developing custom integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and improving IAM processes to align with client strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and performance optimization will also be an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation, workflows, and configuration
• Proficiency in development tools including Java, SQL, XML, REST APIs, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, including provisioning, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Understanding of authentication protocols and services such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) aspects in identity security
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address system issues effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with multinational organizations or working in regulated industries (finance or healthcare) is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Proven track record of onboarding and integrating diverse enterprise applications with SailPoint, including HRIS (Workday), ITSM (ServiceNow), Privileged Access Management (BeyondTrust), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), and ERP/Compliance frameworks (SAP GRC, SharePoint).
