Role Description This is a remote, contract-based position for a Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint Identity platform solutions to meet diverse client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing identity lifecycle workflows, developing custom integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and improving IAM processes to align with client strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and performance optimization will also be an essential aspect of this role. Qualifications Extensive experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation, workflows, and configuration Proficiency in development tools including Java, SQL, XML, REST APIs, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, including provisioning, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC) Understanding of authentication protocols and services such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) aspects in identity security Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address system issues effectively Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent work experience Experience with multinational organizations or working in regulated industries (finance or healthcare) is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Proven track record of onboarding and integrating diverse enterprise applications with SailPoint, including HRIS (Workday), ITSM (ServiceNow), Privileged Access Management (BeyondTrust), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), and ERP/Compliance frameworks (SAP GRC, SharePoint).
