Safety Supervisor

As a Team Leader, your role involves providing leadership and guidance to team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, while also monitoring and evaluating their performance to optimize productivity and efficiency. Fostering a positive work environment through teamwork, collaboration, and open communication is key, along with the ability to resolve conflicts using effective problem-solving skills. Collaboration with other departments or teams to achieve cross-functional objectives is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects - Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for optimization - Foster teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among team members - Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team using effective problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments or teams to streamline processes and achieve cross-functional objectives Qualifications Required: - BSc / Diploma / BE with safety related certification Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Chennai.
