Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites, substations, and transmission lines to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide training on industrial safety, electrical safety, rural electrification, underground cabling, pole/monopole installation techniques to employees.
Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-risk activities such as excavation work near live wires or substations.
Ensure effective communication among team members regarding safety procedures and protocols.
