Safety Supervisor

Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among team members.Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise within the team, utilizing effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Collaborate with other departments or teams to coordinate workflow, streamline processes, and achieve cross-functional objectives.

Qualification: BSc / Diploma / BE with safety related certification

Location: CHENNAI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
