Job Description: Safety Officer Company:

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience Required: 7-10 years

Qualification: BSc or Diploma or BTech + ADIS

Responsibilities:- Advise management on all aspects of safety, both statutory and otherwise- Ensure adherence to national safety codes and BOCW Act regulations (including ISO45001, ISO14001)- Implement and enforce health and safety policies for construction sites- Conduct site inspections and observe worker practices- Perform risk assessments with the risk assessment team- Investigate accidents and report dangerous occurrences- Recommend measures to prevent unsafe conditions and actions- Design and conduct training programs on accident prevention- Promote safety culture through awareness campaigns- Ensure proper use of PPE- Manage occupational health and wellness programs- Prepare health and safety performance reports- Collaborate with workers and management to improve safety culture- Conduct safety audits and maintain optimal safety levels- Maintain HSE documentation and records- Conduct monthly safety committee meetings and maintain records- Share monthly safety performance reports with management- Review and update HSE plans, HIRA, legal register, and safety committee documentation- Promote safety awareness and responsibility among employees- Ensure team compliance with company policies and site discipline- Monitor changes in safety regulations and legal requirements- Ensure emergency staff are trained in emergency procedure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
