Job Title: Senior Billing Engineer Cum Quantity Surveyor – Highway Projects Experience: 8–9 Years Location: Vapi Salary: As per Industry Industry: Infrastructure | Highways | Bridges Project Focus: National Highway (NH) Projects Company Name: Meher Foundations & Civil Engineers Private Limited Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with 8–9 years of experience in highway and bridge projects , specifically with exposure to National Highway (NH) works. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, in-depth knowledge of tendering , quantity estimation , and hands-on experience in billing and documentation processes . Key Responsibilities: · Billing & Documentation: o Preparation, verification, and processing of RA Bills , Subcontractor Bills , and Client Invoices . o Ensure timely submission and approval of bills as per contract terms. o Maintain accurate records for billing and reconciliation. · Quantity Surveying: o Take off quantities from drawings, site measurements, and specifications. o Prepare and validate BOQs , rate analysis, and cost estimations. o Reconciliation of material and work done with actual site data. · Tendering & Contracts: o Assist in preparation and review of tender documents (technical & commercial). o Understanding of contract clauses, terms, and bidding procedures. o Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams. · Reporting & Coordination: o Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams. o Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and billing status updates. o Support audits with required documentation and reports. · Communication: o Draft professional technical correspondence and project reports. o Ensure all communications are well-documented and follow company standards. Candidate Requirements: · Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering · Experience: 8–9 years in billing and quantity surveying for Bridge/Highway/NH Projects · Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP, CCS Candy) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Thorough knowledge of tendering , billing cycles , and NH project norms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
