Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the Safety Manager of in ensuring EHS compliance and perform regular EHS audits in the areas of business operations.
Track and provide regular EHS performance reporting to the Dept. head.
Monitor that all MHE operators has valid & authorized driving license.
Auditing production keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulation
Assessing risk and possible safety hazords of all aspects of operations.
Implement 5S initiative, in the department.
Report safety violations or incidents happened during the shift.
Provide & monitor first aid facility.
Carry out frequent safety audits.
In case of fire identify the fire types and inform to reporting manager fire team.
In case of any other emergencies inside the premises will be communicated to concern department
Inspecting production equipement and processes to make sure they are safe.
Ensuring Conservation of natural resources
5 S trainign 5 S compliance 5 S implementation5 S adherance
Implement preventive actions to avoid accidental occurrences.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
Adhere to customer's production and quality requirements.
Coordinate with concerned departments for safety management.
Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System.

Preferred candidate profile

Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from state technical board
Project Management,
Good Knowledge of logistics operations,
Knowledge of reconciling and analyzing commercials of operations,
Lead, manage, train and develop the team,
Reporting site operations PPT's to Top Management.
