Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor core safety procedures and practices at the plant. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections as per statutory norms. Identify and eliminate unsafe practices and potential hazards. Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for the workforce in Marathi and English. Maintain and update EHS records, safety permits, and compliance documents. Coordinate and lead incident investigations, emergency drills, and safety meetings. Promote a proactive and safe work culture across all departments. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety from RLI or recognized Technical Institute. 715 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or process industry. Strong knowledge of Factory Act, statutory regulations, and industrial safety norms. Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and HinDI
