Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.

Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.

Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and incident reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in safety or health.

Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
