Job Description

Skills:

HSE Management, Risk Assessment, Safety Audits, Incident Investigation, Permit to Work (PTW), Emergency Response,

Position: Safety Officer*

Locations & Duration:

HMEL Bathinda: 2-3 months

IOCL Guwahati: 2-3 months

Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Science

Diploma in Industrial Safety (Govt. recognized institute ADIS / NEBOSH preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2 years (Degree) or 5 years (Diploma) in Oil & Gas / Refinery shutdown projects

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor site HSE policies and proceduresConduct risk assessments, safety audits & toolbox talksEnsure compliance with work permits and safety standardsInvestigate and report incidents and near missesCoordinate emergency response and drills

Work Conditions

Working Hours: 10 hrs/dayWorking Days: Continuous during shutdown; rest after every 10th dayOvertime: Not applicableFAT: Food, Accommodation & Transportation provided by L&T
