Job Title: Safety Engineer

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites.

Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and company safety policies.

Coordinate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and accident prevention.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Safety Engineer in the construction industry.

Must hold a valid Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).

In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and legal regulations.

Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.

Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures effectively.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent with a recognized Safety Certification.
