Job Title: Structural Draughtsman Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bangalore About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draughtsman with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting structural designs for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for RCC, steel, and PEB structures . Develop and issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with accurate detailing. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution. Participate in site visits for data collection, progress review, and issue resolution. Maintain and update the project tracker to monitor drawing and documentation status. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Requirements Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 3–5 years of experience in structural drafting for industrial or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit , and related drafting software. Good understanding of structural design concepts and detailing. Ability to prepare accurate documentation and maintain version control. Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to project requirements. Position: Architect Experience: 3–4 Years Qualification: B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) Location: Electronic city, Bengaluru About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural design, drafting, and coordination, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and documentation. Key Responsibilities · Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for commercial projects. · Prepare and review working drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations. · Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained. · Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and client submissions. · Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations. · Provide support during site visits, design execution, and project coordination. · Maintain documentation, drawings, and revisions as per project requirements. Key Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). · 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. · Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings. · Ability to prepare high-quality presentation drawings and design documents. · Good understanding of commercial project workflows and coordination. · Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
