Estimation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing bids on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government portals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of techno-commercial documentation, tender procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant government tenders through GeM, e-procurement, and other government bidding portals.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for bid preparation.
• Maintain and update documentation related to tenders, bids, and contracts.
• Monitor tender deadlines, track bid status, and follow up on results.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare competitive pricing proposals.
• Ensure compliance with government norms, policies, and contractual terms.
• Coordinate with finance and legal departments for bid security, EMD, and contract agreements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent understanding of bidding process, tender documentation, and techno-commercial requirements.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
• Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government tender portals will be added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial bidding for government projects.
• Familiarity with government procurement policies and contract management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
