Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations and legal requirements.
Provide safety induction and training sessions to workers, contractors, and staff.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate emergency drills (fire, evacuation, first aid) and promote safety awareness across the organization.
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors regarding workplace safety compliance.
Support the development of a positive safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
