Job Overview:

Interex Designs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in managing interior design or fit-out projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee interior design projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor on-site progress; conduct site inspections and meetings as needed.
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
• Prepare and present project reports and status updates to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of project management experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of design drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to sites and work flexible hours when required.
