Job Description

Position: Safety Executive
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Construction / Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at site/plant
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Factories Act and other applicable regulations
Maintain safety records, incident/accident reports, and recommend preventive actions
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) across all work areas
Coordinate with management, contractors, and external agencies for safety compliance
Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and fire safety drills

Key Requirements

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Safety / Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety (Govt. recognized preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer/Executive in industrial operations
Strong knowledge of safety standards, statutory rules, and best practices
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to train and motivate workforce for safe work practices
