Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Support the Safety Officer/Manager in maintaining safety documentation and records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
• Report and assist in investigating accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Help implement emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Promote safety awareness among workers through training and on-site communication.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial safety roles.
• Good understanding of safety rules, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain discipline on site.
