We are building an ambitious AI SaaS platform to redefine how businesses capture, analyze, and act on customer conversations—directly competing with industry leaders like Gong and Fireflies. Our vision is to empower teams with actionable insights, seamless integrations, and the next generation of conversation intelligence.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Co-Founder to own and scale our go-to-market strategy from day zero. You’ll be a true partner in shaping our company, product, and culture—driving revenue, building relationships, and taking our solution to market alongside the founding team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute the entire B2B sales function—from outreach and pipeline building to closing enterprise deals.
  • Develop and implement high-conversion sales strategies targeting decision-makers (CROs, Sales Leaders, CXOs) in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships, and expand our network within the SaaS and AI ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align customer feedback with our roadmap and feature set.
  • Set up scalable sales processes, systems (CRM, analytics), and KPIs to ensure efficient revenue operations.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a lean sales team as we grow.
  • Represent the company at industry events, demos, and customer meetings.

Who You Are:

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to AI, conversation intelligence, or related tech products.
  • Top MBA college
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and building sales pipelines from scratch.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to build, iterate, and own outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, comfortable selling to senior executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and hands-on with sales tools and automation.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to sales, customer success, or operations teams; network in the SaaS or tech ecosystem.
