Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients using

    LinkedIn, company databases, and online forums

    .
  • Assist in

    creating outreach campaigns

    via email and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and coordinate

    introductory meetings and calls

    with potential clients.

2. Relationship Building

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their

    needs and challenges

    .
  • Learn how to

    build and maintain professional relationships

    with prospects and clients.
  • Represent DMD in a

    professional and friendly manner

    in all interactions.

3. Sales & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update

    lead details

    in the company’s

    CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

    .
  • Track

    responses and follow-ups

    to ensure smooth lead progression.

4. Market Research & Learning

  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities

    .
  • Provide insights and feedback to the

    sales and marketing teams

    based on client interactions.

5. Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with

    senior sales and marketing professionals

    to improve outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of

    sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks

    .


Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ No prior experience required
