SaaS & Enterprise Applications Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized inventory of all SaaS and enterprise applications across the organization.
• Manage software licenses, renewals, usage optimization, and vendor contracts.
• Evaluate, recommend, and onboard new SaaS tools aligned with business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications including HRMS, CRM, PMS, and similar platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth rollouts and integrations.
• Drive user adoption through training programs, SOP documentation, and enablement initiatives.
• Establish and enforce SaaS governance to eliminate redundancy and prevent shadow IT.
• Partner with IT and Security teams on SSO, access management, integrations, and compliance requirements.
  

Experience

Experience & Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise application management.
• Background in technology-driven, IT services, or SaaS-focused organizations.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing platforms such as HRMS, CRM, PMS, or similar systems.
