Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rust Engineer based in Chennai. The Rust Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance software systems using the Rust programming language. Key responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, optimizing system performance, implementing algorithms for workload execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and enhance innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze and debug complex systems while providing technical documentation and support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming, systems programming, and performance optimization
• Experience in software architecture, algorithm design, and multi-threaded programming concepts
• Understanding of low-level programming and familiarity with compiler internals
• Knowledge of runtime systems, distributed computing, and workload orchestration
• Proven ability to debug, test, and maintain code in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of GPUs, cloud computing, and heterogeneous computing environments is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering efficient and reliable software solutions
