Job Description

RTO Executive – Job Responsibilities

Monitor and manage RTO shipments (undelivered/returned orders) on a daily basis
Identify and analyze RTO reasons such as customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal, or delivery failure
Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouses, and hubs to ensure timely return processing
Update RTO status, remarks, and documentation accurately in ERP / OMS / TMS systems
Initiate re-attempts or re-dispatches after validating customer details
Coordinate with customer support teams to confirm addresses, delivery preferences, and rescheduling
Track and reduce RTO percentage by identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions
Ensure proper inventory reconciliation for returned items
Handle claims, disputes, and loss/damage cases related to RTO shipments
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports on RTO trends, reasons, and performance
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and courier partner guidelines
Support process improvements to enhance delivery success rate and cost efficiency

Key Skills & Tools

Knowledge of logistics, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics
Experience with OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP systems
Strong follow-up, coordination, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
