RTO Executive (Automobile) We are urgently required R.T.O. Executive for our Tata Motors Car Showroom, for Tatibandh and Mowa office. SKILL Required: Candidate should be Graduate and computer literate. Also have experience in the same position. Job description: Facilitate and manage the vehicle registration process in accordance with regional transport regulations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all RTO-related procedures and guidelines. Assist customers in understanding and fulfilling the requirements for vehicle registration and renewal, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Handle all aspects of insurance documentation, including processing insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies, and providing customers with information on available insurance options. Maintain a comprehensive database of customer records, vehicle registrations, and insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information. Provide prompt and effective customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to RTO and insurance matters. Collaborate with internal departments, such as the sales and service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of all RTO and insurance-related tasks. Stay updated on the latest RTO regulations, insurance policies, and industry developments, and provide relevant information and guidance to customers and colleagues. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline RTO and insurance processes, aiming to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
