Purpose of the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Planning and influencing the GT Rural Business and influencing the Rural Market Share :

• To identify the categories , plan and give shape to interventions to increase the Rural MS.
• Keep a constant tab on the quality of execution thru regular audits
• Work in close association with the brand teams to promote the right portfolio mix
• Ensure the right quality of Rural Distributors to drive revenue extraction from target markets
  

Planning and influencing the GT Rural Business and influencing the Rural ND :

• To influence the width and the depth of the Rural distribution. Keep track of Brand Distribution matrices in Rural.
• Drive Direct Distribution in Rural as per AOP ambition in target markets
• Drive Village Coverage Agenda as per plan
• Keep a constant tab on the quality of execution thru regular audits
• Drive Outlet retention as per AOP plan
  

Programme Management

• Astute programme management to drive Rural Business as per Quarterly Operating Plan
• Timely Closures of all monthly activities around Rural Programmes like incentives disbursement, target setting, communication etc
  

Projects

• To drive AOP S&D projects pertaining to Rural Markets as per timeline and with close liasioning with Cross functional and region teams
